Happy Friday!
Lately, I’ve been on a YA lit kick. That means young adult literature, in case you didn’t know. My husband, daughter and I saw the movie, The Spectacular Now last weekend. It’s based on the book of the same title, which I have yet to read. Pretty good movie, especially relating to the teen years. Not a lot of fluff.
And speaking of YA lit, I recently completed reading The Fault in Our Stars. Wow! Again, very powerful and real. It is going to come out in movie form, incidentally starring the same actress as the lead female in The Spectacular Now, Shailene Woodley.
